Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Made-to-order production
Every FurEver Art piece is made to order. Production takes up to 10 business days before your order ships. Custom portrait orders also require your pet photo first — please reply to your order confirmation email with a clear photo as soon as possible so we can begin your artwork.

Shipping options
Standard ($6.95, free on orders over $75): 3–5 business days in transit after production. Total delivery time is typically 2-3 weeks from the date you send your photo (or from your order date for non-portrait items).

Express ($15): 1–2 business days in transit after production. Total delivery time is typically about 2 weeks from the date you send your photo (or from your order date for non-portrait items).

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays
During peak periods production and transit times may run slightly longer. If your order is delayed beyond the estimates above, contact us and we will make it right.
