How do custom portraits work?

Place your order, then reply to your confirmation email with a clear photo of your pet. We turn it into hand-finished artwork and ship your piece to your door.

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is made to order, which takes up to 10 business days. After that, Standard shipping ($6.95, free on orders over $75) takes 3–5 business days in transit; Express ($15) takes 1–2 business days in transit. In total, plan on roughly 2-3 weeks for Standard and about 2 weeks for Express. Custom portraits also need your pet photo first — the sooner you send it, the sooner we begin.

What is your return policy?

Custom portraits are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective — then we make it right with a free reprint or replacement. Mugs and totes can be returned within 30 days if unused.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
